When warriors avenged each others’ blood,
The king of kings, shed his own precious blood,
So that you and me may learn and see,
The depth of Love- our inbuilt capacity.
Today, its been two thousand years,
All we have are sorrow and tears,
We cry, we weep, we mourn and fast,
In love for him, who breathed his last.
But he needs none of our compunction,
All he wants, is our firm conviction,
That he rose for us, from the oblivion,
And proved it even more further,
That the world needs no hatred and murder,
It needs us to love and live for one another.
The throne of blood stands unmoved,
As thrones of gold and diamonds reduce to dust,
It only is an example to prove,
That a kingdom built, by winning hearts,
Will stand forever, no matter what…..
